Police investigating double homicide at mobile home in Troy, Missouri TROY, Mo. - Someone killed two people in Troy, Missouri, and police are still looking for a person of interest Wednesday morning.A man and a woman in their 70s have been pronounced dead as police are investigating this as a double homicide. This was near a Casey's General Store, which is currently closed for safety reasons as police investigate and continue to search for who they're calling a person of interest. Bond reduction hearing set today for Iron County sheriff IRON COUNTY, Mo. - The Iron County sheriff is set to appear in court Wednesday morning. Sheriff Jeff Burkett was arrested last week along with two other deputies for multiple felony charges.Burkett is set to appear before a judge at 10:00 a.m. for a bond reduction hearing. He's currently being held on a $500,000 dollar bond. Burkett was arrested last Thursday for a long list of criminal charges, ranging from stalking to attempted kidnapping. Top story: Missing St. Charles woman found dead; 1 man in custody Gabe Crocker represents Burkett, and says the charges are politically motivated, and it's part of an ongoing attempt to remove sheriff Burkett.He added, "these allegations involve an investigation conducted by the Iron County sheriff's office. Crocker encourages all Iron County residents to reserve judgement until they have heard both sides."Matthew Cozad is a deputy also arrested for the same charges, he is scheduled to appear Wednesday in court as well.

LOUIS - Crews are at the scene of a vacant building fire in midtown, St. Louis Wednesday, morning.The St. Louis Fire Department revealed that the incident started as a warming fire on the second floor. Upon arrival, a witness shared that multiple people were inside the building. Top story: Missing St. Charles woman found dead; 1 man in custody Firefighters searched the building, and did not find anyone. One man did escape the fire by himself with no injuries.This is the second time in the last month that the vacant building caught ablaze. Streets should be open within the next hour. Police: 12 and 18-year-olds missing FARMINGTON, Mo. - Farmington police have issued an endangered person advisory for 12-year-old Lisa Mae-Gladys Pierce.She's 5'3, 163 pounds, with blue eyes, and black hair with a red tint. She also has a burn mark on her left wrist.She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with "JT" in white letters, and jeans with holes in them. Police say she has a diminished mental capacity.
